Just a quick note: Lulu.com, who I use for printed copies of Gods & Monsters, now has permanent free shipping (within the United States) for any order over $25. That could be the collected Players Guides plus the Complete Adventure Guide’s Handbook. Or combine with other Lulu offerings such as Donjon from Anvilwerks, because that would be cool, too.
I’ll see if I can get Illustrious Castle out of beta and up there sometime soon, too.
